History of
the competition


The EXIN Masters World Cup is the world’s biggest event of its kind. There is no other competition within field hockey to be compared with it: it is huge in participations and has great international recognition.

Teams from all over the world, from New Zealand to Argentina through Egypt and South Africa take part in the tournament, turning it into a fantastic intercultural sport event, famous for its fair play and good atmosphere within the teams and its players.

Club Egara (Terrassa) is hosting the 4th edition of the EXIN Masters World Cup. Canterbury (2012), Rotterdam (2014) and Canberra (2016) have hosted previous editions.
